Coronavirus office practices

We are taking steps to maximize health and safety while continuing to provide psychotherapy and psychiatry services.

At this time the office is open and we are conducting appointments both in person and by telehealth.

During these uncertain times, we understand that it is important to be cautious about our health and look for ways to limit exposure. Our staff is fully vaccinated and are now seeing appointments in the office. Because we see both children and adults, we ask for clients to socially distance in public waiting areas. Also, we are limiting the waiting area to patient/parent only. we ask clients with any cold or flu-like symptoms to request telehealth services until these symptoms have resolved. We ask clients with any potential symptoms or exposures to wear masks in the office.

In an effort to limit exposure, we will rely on email and telephone conversations to schedule appointments and will seek to process payments from debit, credit, and HSA card accounts. Prescriptions will be processed electronically.

We seek to be a source of support during this stressful public health crisis. Please let us know how we can help. We encourage our clients to take care of their health including their mental, spiritual, and emotional health. We are currently scheduling new patient and follow-up appointments for both therapy and psychiatry.
