Refill Requests:

Refill requests will continue to follow the standard 3-business-day processing time. Requests are not considered urgent during this period. Expedited requests may be limited based on provider availability, so please plan accordingly.

Appointments:

All scheduled appointments will still take place; however, provider availability may be limited on certain dates.

Urgent Matters: If you require immediate assistance during Michell’s absence, please type “URGENT” in the subject line of your email. Phone calls will not be monitored, please contact us at office@drportteus.com.

Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather and DISD public schools close due to adverse driving conditions, our office will remain closed and appointments will held remotely by telehealth video meetings.
