Dr. Andrew Portteus is a board certified psychiatrist in private practice. He conducts diagnostic assessments and provides treatment with psychiatric medications and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. He is currently accepting new patients.

This office is conveniently located for patients living in North Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Bluffview, Devonshire, Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, Lakewood, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Dr. Portteus has Tuesday afternoon appointments with the Preston Family Practice and the Beckloff Pediatric Behavioral Center in North Dallas on Preston Road near Campbell. This office is convenient for families living in North Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, and surrounding areas.
The office is open by appointment only and may be closed when appointments are not scheduled. The main office is closed on Tuesdays.
For psychiatric emergencies outside of office hours, patients should call 911, visit a hospital or psychiatric emergency room, or consult with their primary care physician.
